Refund policy

Scope

This policy applies to paid Secureapiautomate consultation packages and cohort programs confirmed in writing. Prices shown on the website are informational and do not themselves create a charge.

Eligibility and timeframe

You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if no live consultation has occurred and no annotated audit file has been delivered. Requests after that window are assessed as partial or declined according to work already performed.

Full refunds

Full refunds are available when we cancel a cohort, when we cannot provide the agreed session within a reasonable reschedule window, or when your request meets the unused-service conditions above.

Partial refunds

If an audit has started — for example, documents have been reviewed or a first call completed — we may refund the unused portion after deducting work already delivered. Deductions are itemized in our reply.

Non-refundable items

Completed one-to-one sessions, finalized written audit reports, and third-party fees (if any were agreed separately) are non-refundable. Digital worksheets already downloaded under a confirmed package are likewise non-refundable once accessed.

Refund process

Email info@secureapiautomate.digital with your full name, invoice or confirmation reference, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within three business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add additional days depending on your institution.

Cancellation

You may cancel a future scheduled session with at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule once at no charge. Late cancellations may count as a delivered session under companion packages.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer rights under German law remain unaffected. Where statutory cooling-off rights apply to distance contracts for services, those rights take precedence over this policy when they provide stronger protection.
